You code the sprites you get. You can add more, I’d just prefer if you didn’t. Anything marked “Optional” is optional. Anything marked “Not op” or “Not optional” is not optional. You can use any song and recolor any sprite. You can also use Google for backdrops. I mean like a code meme/animation meme. Make sure to credit!
