The rules for this IENE:A1F are still the same as IENE:A1F, evolve the number by adding no more than 1 costume which shows the next number and slightly increase the effort of the project! You also have to make the project like Windows 3.1 with said program manager while still making the add 1 frame number evolution aspect present. Also don't delete any frames!
