Much like Bass, He was designed to be better then Mega Man in every aspect. He typically unleashes his 'Tera Flare' weapon at maximum potency by using both his arm cannons and always has his trusty companion, Juke, along with him. He's rather pragmatic in combat and thus will resort to any and all means necessary to take down Mega Man & Roll.
Credit to the owners of all of the assets used in the making of this project. Tera Man is finally done after much development. Much like Diminuenda, This guy does NOT play around. Even moreso then her since Tera Man here's a bit of a dirty fighter and has a couple of nasty surprises in store.
