To make an animation first switch to Draw mode, find the blank pages, draw a few (each page = 1 animation fame) then switch to Animation mode, press A and choose the 1st and last pages of your drawings Features include 130 pages, layering of up to 5 animations, each layer has its own properties such as speed. Note: This is unfinished. Layered animations have been tested but have yet to be implemented. To see a 2 layer test animation switch to animate mode and press L.. the sunset is animated behind the warrior layer
All by Loco. There are probably plenty of bugs but it is mostly working, I've used this make a bunch of animated profile pics! To make your own just draw the animation pages then export them one at a time into a folder. To export an image right click it and choose "Save image as" Name the saved images "01", "02", "03" etc in the order you want them to play in. I used this page to make gif files from my saved images.. https://ezgif.com/ The site is free and has lots of options for tweaking your gifs during creation including optimizing for smaller file sizes. One trick is to make your gif much smaller than 500x500 to squeeze in more colors, frames, or blur effect. Remember that saved gif files must be 500x500 or smaller and less than 500kB in size. Once created save the gif to your pc. To change your profile picture go to your Scratch profile page, moue over your current picture, select "Change" then select the saved gif file on your PC
