She gave birth to two she-cats and three toms. One of the she-cats -Petalkit- was still born. A tom -Nightkit- died before he was three days old. Another tom -Creek-kit- died a moon later from greencough. Three moons passed, with Badgersprout raising her last two kits. Then, a badger had broken into the nursery, and stole the last tomkit -Hazelkit. The same creature also took her eye and ripped her ear.
