If you isolate a cat that isn't sick, they have a chance of getting sick even if there are no isolated sick cats. Sick cats will lose 5% of their health each week, sick kits will lose 10% of their health, extremely sick cats will lose 20% of their health, and extremely sick kits will lose 35% of their health. Once a cat's health reaches 0%, they die and can no longer be bred.
