Since @Rectanglr recently added AIR, EER and OOR to Neweralf+, i'm repurposing the rhotic vowels because of this. For a bonus, i'm adding 2 sounds to represent the Foreign Rhotic vowels. (press space to see them) And yes, EER has a new design.
