Exact same as Control Robot, except he's evil and inverted-colored. He even has an inverted-color space around him! Go in the inverted space, and you get inverted. Fun Fact: Every bad guy that goes in an inverted space will turn good. The opposite happens for good guys. You turn your "Invert Colors" setting on, and he looks exactly like Control Robot.
