Also add only one frame of animation into the number and don't delete any frames. Effort Percent: 0% Training Time: 0 seconds Effort Level: -3^^^3 (Negative Tritri) What's Changed: All the craziness has been stopped now because we're at low effort.
Note that all IENEs derived from IENE9a won't exactly follow the original IENE9a, but will still be based around Sviger 9a.
