After They Took a Ballast Train Barrington and 2210 were in the goods shed. 2210: Listen 'ere bruv, I'm a plain speaking engine, and i say The work is Boring! Barrington, who was showing the new engine around, lost patience. Barrington: That's because the Railway is relatively new! And plus we're supposed to be getting two new engines. 2210: Whatever Buzzbox. Barrington Was most offended. Barrington: BUZZBOX?! I've been on this railway since before you were leased! 2210 rolled his eyes. Barrington Ignored him. 2210: I literally had to pull a 99+ car train ALL THE WAY from California to 'ERE. Then ANOTHER train. Im almost out of goddarn bloody fuel. Barrington: You had More than one engine with you? Right? 2210: I had to go SOLO because my 'elper and pusher locos were LATE. I had to get temporary plastic brakes because I burnt my metal brakes to a crisp back in 'ajon (Cajon Pass). Barrington gasped. Barrington: Mark my word! That would be very frightening indeed!
