Let's just get straight on to it Sam (in the SN timeline) is 25 but has a high voice due to a rare genetical trait. Sam was also married, but he's now a widow. His wife got killed by lemon. Also, I don't want to say this, but Sam knew about the corruption all along. In a shattered episode, Sam sucks up a "corrupted soul" of a.... Robot? Maybe he was trying to help lemon create the corruption. There are a couple oof reasons why Sam chose to protect the spookeez. 1. Boyfriend was ALREADY corrupted in the first place. 2. They were just kids. All alone. And number 3. He was a HUGE fan of spooky month. Tbh I am a fan of spooky month myself. Ever knew what Sam was based off? ME! it's an exact replica of me, but it has a little representation of Splo, a scratcher who recently quit at the time.
