Powerhouse is by Raymond Scott and Calliope is by Cheshyre. I figured out this comparison because the Powerhouse track was used in a Spongebob episode and someone on Youtube connected the dots. So I thought, "Why not make Tricky in an old cartoon style?" Which is literally just Tricky decoulured with Pac-Man eyes.
