woah 2 projects in one day- So this is something I've wanted to do for awhile. I'm not sure if these are technically the mascots of scratch, but they're just so gosh darn cute! I took a few artistic liberties with some of these since my style is vastly different than that of these sprites. Also, I'm going to use they/them for these since I'm not sure if they have an official gender? If they do, let me know in the comments and I'll change the pronouns! Also, let me know if you want more stuff like this :D 1. Scratch Cat You know em, they're probably the most notable character in the cast! You see them every time you open a new project. I added a couple ear piercings(one of which is the green flag) because they seemed a little bland to start. 7/10, pretty happy with how they came out! 16 layers, took about an hour or so 2. Giga Hhhhhh this is probably one of my favorites. I absolutely love their design. I made them into an alien looking thing and I love it?? I really like how well the hair and the blushing turned out. 10/10, would draw again 17 layers, 2 hours ish? 3. Gobo Haha, fire is hard. Could someone please tell me if their a fire creature, a slime creature, or something else? I've been pondering this for far too long. Anyways, they look more like a burning gaseous cloud in this. 6/10, pretty happy with the lighting, but something about it just isn't right?? 15 layers, 2 hours ish 4: Nano Nano is Giga's sibling and you can't change my mind. They have such a similar design: white/grey face, hair/fur that swoops back, animal like ears. Anyways, here they are! I tried to mimic Giga's, but like younger? 7/10, not my favorite, but still pretty good. 16 layers, 1 hr and 45 mins ish 5: Pico Ehhhhh not my favorite... something about the design is off? Anyways, another alien bab. I tried to do their weird mass of flesh on their head in a similar way to a Togruta's montrals, but singular and in the middle of the skull. 5/10, decently ok with this one. 17 layers, 45 mins ish 6: Tera Wow. This. I don't have the words to describe how much I love this but also hate it. Uhh.... 3/10, never again. 18 layers, 1 hr 30 mins Well that's it! Thanks for looking at these monstrosities! [EDIT 1/15/2022] guess i'll have to say this on every project with scratch cat in it. I'm not against furries, it wasn't my intention to draw scratch specifically as a furry, closer to an anthropomorphic animal, there's a lot of over lap between the two terms, please stop fighting in the comments
