Most of the art and music is from the 1986 arcade game Arkanoid by Taito (programming: Akira Fujita and Hiroshi Tsujino; music: Hisayoshi Ogura). But the main music piece is from the loading screen of the C64 version by Imagine (music: Martin Galway). The "D'oh!" sounds are performed by Dan Castellaneta, as the character Homer Simpson in the television series The Simpsons. The suspenseful music, the backdrop and thumbnail art, and the code is by me. The gong sound is from the Scratch sound library. I was planning on making a reference to the wonderful Moai games by SKT, but I decided against it in the end. Unfortunately, the Moai games are only available in Flash format, which is no longer supported by most browsers, but the studio is still alive and kicking: https://moai.jp/skt/
