READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE. This game is intended for #blind and low vision users playing on a tablet, but it can be played by anyone. It is completely sound based. The controls for this game are inspired by Apple's VoiceOver screen reader. Screen settings: You can play with a beige screen, a black screen or a visual screen with images. To change screen settings, first tap the bottom right corner, then double-tap. To play: - Move your finger around the screen to find crystals. If you touch one, it will make a twinkling sound. If you don't touch one, there will be a dull sound. - Once you've found a crystal, double tap anywhere on the screen. - To deliver the crystal, find the wizard and double tap. - Other instruction in-game. Images and sounds taken from the Scratch library, edited by me. Game programmed by @xVanyx. READ THIS: Since a lot of people are asking: Blind and low vision people use software called “screen readers” to navigate the internet. It reads the text on the screen aloud, including buttons. With VoiceOver, for example, a button is activated by double tapping, like in this game. On a computer, people can also use their keyboard to navigate with special key combinations. You can use a search engine to learn more.
