On 6/19/2009, GP40 1245 and 1221, Pulling a train from Indiana to Tennessee (more engines along the way were supposed to be pulling it to state untill it made it to Florida, intended destination.) Passed a Green signal, A few miles later, After passing a busy crossing Right Elizabethtown, Kentucky's Town hall, They approached the bridge by the kroger store on dolphin drive, Everything was going good till they approached the high up mountain area, They Derailed due to an unknown reason, 2 out of 4 crew members made it out, Supposedly, Another locomotive derailed them, But no lights were seen in the distance, Unfortunatly, No recorded footage was caught, But crew members can confirm the incident.
