Final planets have been added to the chose-able planets. Tool tips. Tech levels. To do list: Add more planets to the galaxy map. Remove black background from 3D planets. Replace all other planets (that aren't 3D) with 3D copys. (maybe more things need to be added at a later date.) Edit: Fixed glitch with planets not going away when finished choosing.
