After being reprogrammed by the Mega Key, Wily upgraded Assassin Man and gave him his signature "Shadow Drop" ability to go alongside his kunai.
Credit to the owners of all of the assets used for this project. And here's Assassin Man at long last. He's vaguely based off @VileMK3's original A.I. for him much like how it was with Barren Man though he's been upgraded and is a lot harder to deal with.
