More than four years ago, this was what I predicted the Nintendo NX would be, a combination of Wii U and 3DS capable of playing all games on both systems everywhere. Looking back in hindsight, I got a lot of aspects of the device right, such as its portability, ability to play Wii U games, and dock that connected it to a monitor, but I also got a few wrong, mainly the dual screen gimmick, it having the Wii U's home menu and apps, and it being able to play 3DS games. I personally think my outcome would have been better because: 1. It would've had virtual console and free online multiplayer compared to the crappy online service the Switch has. 2. It would've been able to play 3DS games 3. I think the Switch's home menu and apps are bland and lacking in personality compared to the Wii U's ones. Not only do the Wii U's ones look nicer, but they also have great music, while the Switch's UI doesn't have any music at all.
