After being reprogrammed by the Mega Key, Wily outfitted him with boosters on his feet in order to better support his heavy frame.
Credit to the owners of all of the assets used for this project. Hail Man was a bit of an interesting endeavor but here he is. He's based off of @cs3597494's original ideas for how his A.I. would function albeit with some new additions thrown in.
