Before building an app consider waiting for the 1.0 release of ScratchOS, at that point ScratchOS’s frameworks will be changed much less frequently than currently. Nonetheless feel free to develop an app for ScratchOS, it is up to you however to ensure that it functions correctly and that it is updated. Please note that if your app no longer functions with a newer version of ScratchOS, it will be removed.
