basically, what this does is it allows for the transfer of letters through cloud variables. if you didn't know, cloud variables don't allow letters. what this project does is it takes the word that you want to turn into a cloud variable and turns it into a bunch of numbers. every two numbers equals one letter. then it takes those numbers and turns them back into the letters. this project will also take characters such as a space, period, exclamation point, question mark, and underscores, as well as numbers. pretty simple task, but it takes a pretty complicated script to do it. this could be made much easier if scratch allowed for numbers and letters in cloud variables. you may use these scripts with credit. you can use these to have world records in your projects while also having the person who set the world record. you can make chat rooms with this (although I think those are against scratch TOS), you can make world record leaderboards (you will have to make some changes to the scripts), and many other things.
