the henchman driving the car has arms, you just can't see them. jk i was too lazy to draw arms and they looked bad so i scrapped it and the image looked garbage when expanded so I recreated and tried to add a head bobbing animation.
Thanks to @sackdonalds for generic backup dancer 01, (where I got the dancing henchman sprites) but don't click on it if you are scared and/or get nightmares easily.
