WARNING FOR: EYESTRAIN! For this 100+ special is a DTA! (Draw To Adopt) Most (ALL) characters are eye strained themed (bright colors) so I suggest darkening your screen or leave if you are sensitive to those types of things. |~| R U L E S |~| 1. You can make many entries with different characters but you can only win ONE. 2. Do not copy my art or anybody's art (NO TRACING) meaning that bases are not allowed so are make-a-character programs. 3. Do not guilt trip me (Ex. My art is trash :( now can I have the character?) You will be disqualified if you show any signs. 4. Be kind! Don't mock other people's art styles and be rude being selfish! You will get disqualified! 5. You are allowed to simplify the designs to your style (Keep the designs still noticeable) and you are allowed to give them names, gender, make them become anthro, and add anything you want for the chosen character. 6. This isn't a rule but a design choice as the neon colors pop out (Ex. Hot pink, Radioactive.) shouldn't be shaded like added with shading. I appreciate it if you do follow this rule though. (Should be easier for you anyways.) THINGS TO KNOW ( Please also read. ) The green and teal on the funky eye cat is not neon so that can be shaded. The magenta pink on the dog with pan colors can be shaded. The bandage is fully neon so no shading. Uh, I think you know everything else already.
