Upon reading the contents of the book, Okuyasu increases his mental capacity and unlocks further usage of his brain, realizing all the secrets and truths of the world. His newfound intelligence gives him a greater understanding of his Stand's abilities and limits, evolving his Stand and furthering its potential and scope of abilities.
