[Species Information] {| General appearance |} Lespectin are lithe and agile, their skeletal system is mainly made up of cartilage. Except for their legs, skull, a few ribs, and parts of their spine. They are extremely flexible, even more so than cats. Their skin in rough and resembles that of a sharks', when rubbed the wrong way (tail to head) the scale-like skin is sharp and serrated. The flaps on their sides can pull apart to slit open, they can act as gills or even just another breathing orifice. {| Classification |} -Warm blooded -Closely resembles reptiles or sharks -In short, it's not an animal of this world -Species class is called "Carnid" {| Size |} Lespectins' average size is about 4 feet tall and 9 1/2 feet long with a tail length of 3 feet. They can be taller or shorter, but the maximum length for Lespectin is 11 feet long and 7 feet tall with a tail length of 5 feet. (How tall they are is measured from the top of their head- with their neck fully stretched- to the ground or their feet. And length is from head to the base of their tail) {| Coloring |} Their skin is mainly natural or dull colors and dark or light colored patterns (anything but neon!). They may have any color of eye, pupil, sclera, claws, or markings. {| Habitat |} Lespectin prefer marshes and humid areas, they are mainly found in swamps, temperate and tropical forests, or even areas near rivers, lakes, or oceans. {| Diet |} They are mainly carnivores but will eat insects and water-growing plants. Their sharp teeth allow for meat to me torn and eaten, and to shred the soft aquatic vegetation. {| Society |} Lespectin use their flexible thumb-like dewclaws to build huts and structures. They are mainly solitary, forming separate 'tribes' that are made up of their family members and relatives. The oldest member of the family or a strong male will be the head of the 'tribe'. They have a varied amount of occupations, which are medieval-themed due to the lack of electricity. For example, a blacksmith or woodworker will take on an apprentice or two, and the best apprentice will take over as head of the shop, or be able to make their own once their training is complete. {| Marketing and Currency |} Lespectin highly value gold and a small, coin-shaped gem they call Creoal. The Creoal gems are mainly an ocean blue with a pattern that looks like waves inside. They are partially clear and can be mined, found on the seafloor, or even in rivers. {| Governing |} In addition to the tribe (family) rulers, each section of the territory is ruled by an heir of the kingdom's king. The monarch of the Lespectin is named Shah. {| Combat and Military |} They have a vast military, each section has it's own state guard and a military camp stationed in a hidden spot. Their military works much like that of humans'. {| Kingdom |} [Second map] The kingdom is split up into five sections, - Midstin (grey), which is where a large fortress sits; - Shift (red), where tribes of Lespectin band together into a community; - Allas (yellow), which houses arena fights and other outlandish events; - Yeager (greenish-blue), which is home to the more 'savage' and independent families; and lastly, - Arcon (blue) which is a fishing and trading port. {| Non-official Regions |} [Third map] (Orange) Various slums and towns filled with criminals, outcasts, and runaways. Soldiers have repeatedly tried and failed to bring in the criminals that live in them. After 3 years Malori was 3 years old, she met a friend who she met at some bushes, they played and caught butterflies together, her friend would get mad after Malori accidentally killed butterlfies because of her not knowing about the dangers of grabbing the wings, they stayed together for 15 years until Malori’s friend died, Malori decided to get some tattoos in memory of her friend, they were of butterflies with the color gold because “Golred” was her friend’s name, she was caled a freak due to Malori’s weird features, she was called the “weird dino bird” or a “Witch from the undead” due to her colors and her love of mystical love of the unseen world of the undead. Malori wears flower theme clothing that was once Golred’s. After a year she became depressed and had some sort of anger due to the thought of Glored’s death when being taken from life. After a few minutes of emotional rage, Malori started seeing a shadow of Golred, she checked it out and saw nothing but purple smoke in the shape of Golred, after that, the shadow was gone, Malori became a necromancer to be able to see Goldred again, and it worked, she spoke with spirits and has the comfort and protection of Goldred’s spirit. When Malori was 20 she got into incredible rage and moved to (the orange part of the map full of criminals) and started her job of being an assassin to cure her rage, she would not murder as much due to being calmed by Golred, but will still have the growing rage of her feelings, she got rid of the one who ended Golred without a trace and to this day Malori is feeling better and still works as an assasin. // Holirey (mother).
