Dr. Vecom created a being from the remnants of THB, the creation was a success but the entity broke out of the lab, and fled far away. Later the clone had started reeking havoc on towns and cities, burning them with his fire. The public was not able to catch it, or seen sight of it, the public called him, "The Hidden Black". The clone accepted this name as if he was destined to be named "The Hidden Black"
