World environment day is celebrated on 5th June every year. People from more than 100 countries celebrate this day. Furthermore, the world environment day is run by the United Nations Environment Programme(UNEP) since the year 1973. Every year there's a theme discussed by UN. It is being said, the theme for this year 2021, is Ecosystem Restoration. The theme this year, Ecosystem Restoration, "aims to prevent, halt and reverse the degradation of ecosystems on every continent and in every ocean," according to the UNEP.
