Finally, the editor for XLchem [v2]! XLchem [v2]: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/36830854/ XLchem was a molecule renderer in 3D, got a second version with a new and improved format, and now theres a simple and easy editor for making the chemicals without so much hassle! Controls: -arrowkeys: move camera -z/x zoom in and out -a/s rotate molecule -L switch to overlayed links, to no links, and back to normal links. -b switch BG colour -space bar: clears molecule, opens dialogue for entering a formula: you can press the green flag to leave this dialogue and make a new molecule or enter a formula. Buttons: -stretch: stretches out a molecule, allowing to see the links between atoms, and to give it a general shape -condense: hold to slowly condense the molecule down to a more realistic yet bidimensional shape. links will be hard to see. -create link: click and drag from one atom to another to link them. repeat for a double, or triple link. -delete link: click and drag from one atom to another to remove their link. -add atom: click, the button will turn into 2 arrows, click on them to cycle through elements, and click to place said atom. -remove atom: click on an atom to delete it and it's links. -encode: shows the code for your new molecule, copy and enter it into XLchem [v2] to render it in 3D! -move: click and drag atoms around with this tool, not so essential.
