(Or after I eventually scratch, if there aren't any other good platforms for DTAs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ we'll see) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦°☆ Anyhoo, welcome to my DTA ☆°◦ ♫ Welp, I have 2.25k gremlins following me now!! Tysm to all my followers, you guys are amazing and ilysm ♡ ♫ ♫ For those of you who don't know, DTA stands for draw to adopt. I design a character, and you draw them. At the end of the competition, the winner gets to keep the character. ♫ ♫ This DTA is song-based!! I took seven of my favorite songs, and designed characters based off of the vibe they gave me. I had to mess with some of the characters' palettes a bit to get what I wanted, but overall I'm really happy with how these turned out :) ♫ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⊱ ────── {.⋅ ♫ ⋅.} ────── ⊰ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⌞⠀⠀Rules⠀⠀⌟ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1:05 ───⊙─────── 3:35 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀↻ ◁ II ▷ ↺ ♪ - Anyone can enter, you don't have to ask ♪ - You may enter for multiple characters, or even all of them, but you'll only be able to win one, so keep that in mind. ♪ - You may simplify the designs, or change the species, as long the character is recognizable ♪ - Use your own art. Do NOT trace/recolor/steal others art, or use a base, even if it's free. Stealing or tracing art will get you blacklisted from future contests. ♪ - Do not use the designs if you don't win them. ♪ - PLEASE don't enter if you're just going to tuck the character into a box and never use them again. I want them to be used and loved. ♪ - My designs have a three week cool-down period. After three weeks, you may trade them, or sell them if they have commissioned art attached, but don't get rid of them immediately after getting them. ♪ - And finally, be respectful of all entries, including your own. Don't pick on other entries, and don't say things like "your entry is going to beat mine," or "ha ha I know I'm going to lose" because 1. it makes other people feel bad, and 2. it makes you feel bad as well.
