I'm posting early since I probably won't be online tomorrow. <3 We've come to this time of the year once again... I know I've talked about stuff like this before, and I'm going to do it again because this topic is very close to my heart. Before you go kicking off your summer this year, just take a moment to remember all of the people who have been in the military and have given everything-- including their very own lives-- in defense of the freedoms that we enjoy today. In my opinion, it's one of the noblest things a person can do. Sometimes we forget what was lost in return for the luxuries we may or may not take for granted today. So, let's all take a moment today-- and if we're going to be honest, we should reflect on this every day-- to remember and thank those who have sacrificed so much for our sakes. No matter who you are and where you've come from; no matter what nation you call home, I'm sure you all know someone dear to you who is currently in the military, or maybe you may have lost someone dear to you while he or she was serving. Remember their sacrifices. And let's never forget our veterans-- people who have served in the military and come back-- they are just as important as everyone who is serving now as well as those who have given their lives in service to our country-- this Memorial Day, remember to send your thanks to those who have given their everything to give us everything.
