The OTIS VIP 520 is made for buildings that are really tall, like, 200 to 500 floors high, while OTIS VIP 260 is for buildings lower than that, but still high rise, the reason why OTIS VIP 520 is used instead of OTIS VIP 260, because VIP 260 is way too underspec for the building.
