Arrow keys to move, space while in the air to spin, down while in the air to ground pound, Z while in the air to dive, jump 3 times in succession while moving to do a triple jump, press down to crouch, press the down arrow while moving to long jump, and press the arrow key opposite to the direction you're facing while pressing up and being against a wall to perform a wall jump.
