The Dwarf Planets noticed someone familiar is there. So, they came to investigate. Luckily, all except for Ceres are still unaffected. They hid in the oort cloud to prevent themselves from getting spotted. After Sapphire passed, the dwarfs thought it was safe to come out. Mekell12, you can make Sapphire come back with Hera, Uranus, and Splasha affected and the Dwarf Planets realized that they are coming so, they run fast.
