Explanation with design: So, my little idea is that his mask is sort of like an expressor for him, and after he like... kind of completely lost it it got frozen in the blank grin that you can see on the un-broken portion of his face. It sort of just... sticks there, I guess? His actual face is normal, though his eyes kinda glow a bit (and are black instead of white) and are kinda smokey (as you can see in the drawing). He also has a little shock collar because I like pain. Also if you couldn't tell this happens after he kills Tommy :)
