Coda was assigned to work with Rusak to help solve some problems at the mining colony in the Crater. It's not that Coda 100% despises this man, it's more of a keep-everyone-at-arms-length-so-none-of-them-can-hurt-you kind of deal. This is common practice in the Main where Coda lives. The mining colonies in the Crater are definitely more friendly. Remember the robot from my Say So meme? They're in the same world as this!
