Uhm. So, I'm very bad at backstories. And shading. But meet Kraken. Emo of the sea. Her backstory has to do with my comic, so it might not make much sense. But... Backstory: Kraken is a 'legs' MerKat, her father being Jinu and her mother being Conch. Her father left her mother and her all alone for another MerKat. Kraken was only four. She never saw him again and was awfully fine with that. This happening, she is Seafoam's half-sister. She doesn't know he exists of course, but she can still imagine. Anyway, she grew up to be a very edgy and emo kit, disobeying her mother and falling in love with a handsome AeroKat named Cloudburst. Her heart was splintered when he told her he was betrothed to a very powerful cat and might have to leave her. She then left everything and tried to run away, but she was held back when she tried to go into the sea. Jinu had set a curse on her. She could never go into the sea, and was forced to stay on the surface. This infuriated Kraken, who hat3d her father even more now. Her mother found out and locked her into her bedroom. Kraken escaped, realizing that she also had the power of magic like her father. She left and went off to marry Cloudburst. But when she got to the city, it was burning. Cloudburst was missing. She then made it her quest to find her love, using all of her magic at once to set her on the path. She may appear in the comic if I get her, if not, I'll just replace her in the story.
