hehe time for an oc backstory >:) soooo lets start: Peridot was born with one white eye and one green eye. her parents hated the fact that she had heterochromia and they neglected her. Peridots aunt came and took her away from her parents and brought peridot to an orphanage. The orphanage wasn't the best of places but it was better than most orphanages. A nice couple adopted her. The couple was suprised at how skinny and dirty peridot was and got right away to making her feel at home, they got peridot any of the clothing she liked, they let her try a whole bunch of food to see what she liked. When peridot was old enough she started first grade not knowing how to read, write, or do any math. A lot of her class was scared of her or bullied her, Her teachers thought her white eye was dangerous, Therefore she was expelled. Her "parents" were annoyed that they expelled her because she had a white eye. When Peridot was in 6th grade her "parents" brought her to a doctor to get her white eye replaced so she wouldn't get bullied any more. Peridot pulled a green eye sized gem from a dusty shelf in the corner of the room. Thats how peridot got her gem eye. She met sunny by that shelf, Sunny was holding a yellow sunflower from the shelf. they talked for a while before sunny was called over by her parents. Peridot went back to her "parents." Turned out that sunny was peridots neighbor! They started to walk to school together everyday talking about they're whole life. Then at some point they started dating ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Ack that was a lot you don't have to read all of it. I'll do a sunny lore at some point as well.
