So, finally gonna explain Art & Rage's relationship Yayyyyyyyy! Please note: this is about their emotional/mental relationship, not about how Rage exists or how Art's blindfold blocks them or anything like that- though I may make a project on those if people are interested. Without further ado- here goes! After Rage killed Stress for the first time- Art thought that Rage was done, and that she wouldn't have to worry about her again. This lasted until a few days later, when Art came across Stress/Panic and got attacked. Art didn't want Rage to take control, but Rage still rose up to protect Art, as Art never would have hurt Stress even if Panic was the one in control. Even though she understands Rage was just trying to protect her, Art is horrified by this, and creates her blindfold- a magic item enchanted so that Rage cannot take control of her while she wears it. Rage and Art agree on almost everything- Their only problem is that while Art uses logic and reasoning to solve her problems, Rage finds violence as the only true answer, and will attack anyone they see as a threat. Art acts like she is in control, but really she is afraid of Rage. Rage doesn't really care about community or social expectations- she figures that as long as Art is alive, and their family isn't in danger, everything is fine, even if it really isn't.
