Restore the weather to it's original state before it worsens. [Past] The tower was being constructed during an eclipse. It's a nice view, but don't look at it! [Bad Future] The clouds are dark, the weather has worsen, and the tower is badly damaged. Rain, Thunder, and Tornados are happening at once. [Good Future] Wily no longer controls the tower, and the weather was restored. And, it results as a nice view of the rainbow. --- About her --- Weather Woman is a yellow-armored, green-haired Robot Master. She's very smart, but not smarter than her brother, Cog Man.
