This letter makes the /ɑr/ sound. I'm planning to add it to Newerestalf because it is included in the "Missing" Nooalf sounds project. Arthur the Artist will take this letter instead of the /ɑ/ letter in Newestalf. 05/12/2021: Changed the design because @numberblocks460 told me people would use it for the OR sound. However, we already have Ɔ to represent the OR sound.
