Quirk: PHASE-CHANGE - To put it simply, he can change the state of matter of himself, someone else, or an object. For example, he can turn the air around someone into a liquid (thereby suffocating them), or he could turn someone's blood solid or into a gas. This is a formidable quirk, BUT he has to be within 20 feet of someone/something for it to work completely (after 50 feet, it doesn't work), and the further he is the more difficult it is to control the effects. He's able to revert things back to their natural state, but sometimes it's too late... Villain Name: ??? (Unknown.) Villain Costume: Looks like Twice's, but the white part is covered in small gray cloud shapes, splotches of blue, and geometric black shapes that blend into the main black color of the suit. It looks cool, but it's also nondescript and dull so he can blend in. Normally wears a black hoodie with it, sometimes a mask. Backstory: When he was young, his parents and friends adored him for his quirk. "You'll be an amazing hero," they told him. He got his hopes up that he'd become someone who saved people. In particular, he looked up to a hero famous for saving lots of people from a nuclear accident at a nuclear factory. But after that hero failed to save his parents after collateral hero-villain fight damage at the age of 13, he abandoned the idea of being a hero and chose the side of villainy. He now works as a spy within the ranks of U.A. High. << || OC NUMBER 2 || >> Name: Yume Chīsai Gender: Male Age: 12 Extra Details on Looks: Wears pajamas as well (see villain costume). Quirk: DAYDREAM - The name is misleading. While Yume is asleep, he can go into other people's dreams or consciousnesses. Once in, he can change the dream to send a message or to terrorize the person. If the person is conscious, they will be knocked unconscious by his quirk OR they will see what he's putting into their heads as a hallucination. This quirk only works while he's asleep. A side effect is going into other people's heads unintentionally. He's also sleepy very often. Villain Name: Sandman Villain Costume: Doesn't really have one. I suppose you could count his pale gold silk pajamas with a cushiony hood and darker gold blanket that he ties around his neck like a cape for portability. Backstory: His mother died having him, and his father was never in his life, so Yume went to an orphanage unnamed and unknown. When he was 4, his Quirk manifested. An older kid had been mean to him the day before, and he accidentally gave that kid a nightmare. He was adopted by Uragiri's parents. Uragiri was 9 at the time. Uragiri named him Yume, meaning "dream," and his new parents gave him the surname Chīsai, because of how small he was. Uragiri and Yume were very close until their parents died. Uragiri then dyed a strand of his and Yume's hair red to represent their parents' spilled blood, and roped Yume into his need for revenge. Yume /was/ upset by their deaths, but he didn't want to cause more violence. Uragiri understood that, so now Yume works behind the scenes and only gathers intel, thinking that Uragiri wasn't going to harm anybody.
