We Also Have Rules To Go Over 1) No blood or gorge 2) please don't make it like all rainbow and unreal like ugly and random 3) stuff like Nyan cat and Characters are ok unless they are to random 4) So ummm like you can use the bucket Key but don't just like shade in the sprite and then be done 5) Make your entry 10 times better then my example 6) Be creative, imaginative, add music, don't copy 7) Don't be disrespectful to others entries and say like OMG IM SOOOO GONNA WIN.....then you will be disqualified 8) Yes you can use other programs...but you can only make one entry...you can also animate it but only change the lineart a bit 9) Have fun 10) I probably forgot something....YUS...comment #COMPLETE_RANDOMNESS when you want to enter
