This is MS DOS. Press the green flag. It will boot ms dos and check hardware and storage. While it check hardware and storage you can press mode2 by press number two in the keys. And after that it will say starting ms dos... then it says choose a booting option press number1 to boot the notepad.exe and if you press two it will give a error read it.Press f and 1 keys to shutdown. First press F and then 1.If you press enter key before the hardware and the storage checking screen the bios will appear.
