His natural strength made most of his work rather easy to handle. After being reprogrammed by the Mega Key, Wily upgraded him with a deadly move that allows him to defend himself using the desert wind around him.

This improved Barren Man is vaguely based off of his original AI with some very noticeable overhauls. It's recommended you don't attempt to pressure him with buster spam since he's especially resistant to regular buster shots and his tornados outright nullify your shots.
