Select a shape from the top rows, then select a color from the middle and the bottom rows. After you chose your shape and color, a button will appear and say "Submit" on it, so if you change your mind on the shape then choose a different one, just like the colors, when you are done selecting, click submit, and then your shape will appear.
I kinda like the PlayStation 2 the same as I like the Xbox 360 and the Wii U. 11/24/2015: Using my headset makes that TADA real loud! 12/1/2015: What the heck just happened to the O button? Do I have to refresh? The color white as been added! 3/19/2016: Added colors Pink, Gray, and Lavender. But there a glitch that cause the Cross, Circle, Square to have to Submit button appear even if you did not click on a color yet.
