Use the controls to play a variety of sounds at different playback speeds.
Scratch has a very neat "pitch effect" block. However, it doesn't just change the pitch - it changes the length of the sound as well. The result is that we perceive a change in playback speed. In other words, although the playback speed is constant, and it is the song length that has changed, we tend to feel like the sound is still the same length, but it is played at a different speed (like it is visualized in this project). This project is a demonstration of how this can be used to let the viewer freely control the playback speed of a sound.
