During the past year, many people have struggled with finding themselves during the tough times of COVID-19, quarantine, and social isolation. Depression, anxiety, bipolar and other mental illnesses affect millions of people world-wide. In the past, I've been open about my person struggles with ADHD, which I've had since I was very young, and about my past depression and anxiety. I haven't always had the best relationship with my mental health. But that's ok, because I'm working on it. I'm improving. I'm getting better every day.
