if you want add attacks to mewtwo RULES: 1.have anywhere between 10000 and 15000 Hp 2. deal anywhere between 100 to 1000 damage 3.you cant have max hp and attack 4. if you break the damage limit you either have to wait for a long time to attack or take recoil damage
