The Kaona Geeno from Mega Man 10. They throw their heads because they have brain freeze. I know that wasn't funny, but it's nothing to lose your head over. (The reason why the snowman head disappears once the Kaona Geeno raises its arms is because at that point, the snowman head is a separate entity. I made an edited version on the right to showcase how it's supposed to look like with the snowman head.)
